Carlann Fergusson
Owner and Behavioral Change Expert
I am with you every step of the way in your journey. I’m a change expert, a coach, an author and speaker. I have coached executives, leaders and professionals for over thirty years. My clients represent a diverse array of industries and countries. A few are listed above. I am the author of The Insightful Leader: Find Your Leadership Superpowers, Crush Limiting Beliefs and Abolish Self-Sabotaging Behaviors. This opened many doors for me. I have been a guest on Wharton Business Radio, The Mel Robbins Show and many others. I have also had the opportunity to contribute to some of the best publications. In addition to my coaching, I have the honor of teaching for Northwestern University’s Leadership Certificate Program where the faculty and staff awarded me with the Distinguished Teaching Award. I’ve also enjoyed reaching thousands of people through speaking.
Prior to starting my own business, I was an executive and leader at several large companies, including Meijer Corporation, Visteon Automotive, Intel Corporation and Press-Ganey. My teams have received the highest company awards, including two Intel Quality Awards, Press Ganey’s Innovation Award and finalist nomination for Visteon’s Summit Award. My education includes a Masters degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Behavioral Psychology.
Now you may be reading this and thinking, “Well, she never had an issue with self-doubt.” Oh no, that would not be true. Of the self-doubt issues I listed in the “Is This a Good Fit for Me” video, I had three of those issues. That is one of the reasons I created this process, because I was one of those individuals reading the self-help books, and trying the affirmations in the mirror to raise my self-esteem and confidence. They would work for a while and then I was back to my nagging mind chatter and negative self-talk. I decided to come up with a process that would allow me to help myself and others get to the root of what was causing self-doubt.
This is another reason I know I can help you, because I have walked a mile in similar shoes. I know that if you erase your self-doubt, you can accomplish wonderful things in your life. You can improve your relationships, your communications, your leadership and your executive presence. You can change not only who you are at work but who you are in your personal life. You’ll find many doors will open for you. Let’s make that happen together!
